Parking & Directions
Where can I park?
We recommend parking in the Waverly public garage located on Montgomery Avenue about a block east of our location. If you’re coming from Washington DC traveling on Wisconsin Avenue, make a right onto Montgomery Avenue which is a one way street. If you are coming from Rockville traveling on Wisconsin, make a left onto Montgomery Avenue. Waverly public parking will be immediately on your left across from the Bethesda Police Station. On the weekends, parking in the Waverly public garage is free (Saturdays and Sundays). During the week, parking from the 4th level up costs $1 per hour. We recommend using www.Mobile-Now.com (cell parking) to take the stress out of parking! Meters can be paid with quaters along with the mobile application.

What should I bring with me to a salt cave session?
The only thing you need to bring to a salt cave session is yourself and a clean pair of socks. Our salt cave floor is lined with rock crystals. Therefore, wearing clean socks will help us maintain the integrity and purity of the salt cave environment.
The following are not permitted inside the cave: shoes, bags, cellphones, cameras, electronics, liquids (including water) and food. If possible, keep all valuables at home or in your vehicle. Although we provide small bins and cubbies to stow your valuables while inside the cave, we are not responsible if your valuables or possessions are stolen or lost.
How long are the salt cave sessions?
Salt cave sessions are 45 minutes. We ask that you come 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
What should I wear in the salt cave?
We recommend wearing clothing light in color. While the salt powder does not stain, it leaves a visible, slight salt dusting on dark clothing. In addition, Himalayan Salt, unlike most salts, do not need to be heated to release its minerals and healing powers. Our cave remains between 68-70 degrees at all times. You may wear whatever is convenient for you. You will remain in your own clothes for the duration of the 45-minute session, so our suggestion is to be warm and comfortable. Also, bring an extra pair of clean socks with you to help us maintain the purity of the salt crystals lining our salt cave floor.
