All of our custom gift cards are redeemable for all services and items in our retail area and gift shop. They are not redeemable for product purchases in our online store.

Please note that if you are purchasing gift cards for different recipients that you will need to process each one separately if you intent for them to receive seperate gift cards via email.

All Gift Cards are non-refundable, are not transferable without written consent from the original intended recipient.

Promotional gift cards which may include different services or packages at different pricings, do have a 6 month promotional value expiration. The purchase price paid dos.e not expire and is valid as long as the gift card can be presented within a 5 year period from date of purchase.

Please see website for spa options/pricing, we are not always able to accommodate gender requests for your massage therapist, but we will definitely try. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the full duration of a massage.
