She also provides therapeutic Massage focused on deep nervous system regulation, as well as Reiki and Energy Healing to restore balance and flow. With her ability to read body language, energy, and voice, Ashira creates a safe, compassionate space for lasting transformation and reconnection with inner wisdom.

Ryan is a nurturing professional who brings years of bodywork experience and education to the table when addressing your body’s sore spots and chronic pain issues. As a Maryland Higher Education Commission approved instructor for the National Certification Exam for Massage and Bodywork and adult education program for massage. Ryan is able to answer many of your questions about the nature of your musculo-skeletal discomfort. His knowledge puts him in the perfect position when it comes to curating a goal driven approach with regards to your physical comfort, wellness, and relaxation.

Tiffani is a lifelong empath who guides clients to a greater state of grounded well-being. She has an MS and a MA in the Integrative Health field bringing with her extensive knowledge and compassion to the human condition. She has a whole person therapy approach and excels in combining the correct techniques per individual. Her areas of expertise include Structural Integration, Core Myofascial Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, and Reiki.
The foundation of her training is supported by her work as a Yoga Therapist and she uses the wisdom of the light body to guide her in helping to restore a clear sense of well-being and wholeness to each client while being aware of trauma-informed patterns of behavior that perpetuate imbalance in the body. She is also an Ayurvedic and Integrative Medicine Specialist and Coach who is in the process of obtaining her PhD in Physiology and Higher Consciousness.
